De ampoules en panne, peu pratiques à réparer
Pas de WC communs à l'étage malgré une très vaste salle-de-bains commune (gênant pour les chambres ne disposant pas de toilettes).
Terrasses un peu nues (pas de parasol ni de plantes)

Le prix, élevé, est correct compte tenu du standing, mais la commission d'agence est exorbitante.
