Optimal location for visiting the Côte d'Azur

Positive: Optimal location for visiting the Côte d'Azur and Provence. Seafront on the top floor with a 180-degree sea view. Much better than Nice city as it is quieter, yet only a quarter of an hour from the center of Nice, convenient access to the motorway, and attractions nearby that are worth the trip (historic center of Cagnes, Renoir museum, Saint Paul de Vence). Overall, a good stay. Negative: Cleaning was not up to standard, accommodation is quite old and needs modernizing. It was unclear from the listing that all the sleeping places are in the same and only living area apart from the kitchen. Difficulties in contacting the owner and/or agency, even though the keys were in the agency conveniently located next to the entrance (one just needed to know that..).
