A very nice apartment with a wonderful view of Cannes that one can simply enjoy. The house is located in a gated community. It takes about 3 to 4 minutes by car from the gate to the parking lot. This provides a feeling of safety. However, without a car, you're in trouble. The sports and pool facilities are very well maintained and clean. The very friendly landlord even has some tennis rackets available. Overall, it was a very pleasant vacation.
