La maison est très belle avec un grand jardin. Dommage qu’elle ne soit pas si bien entretenue, beaucoup de toiles d’araignées et de poussières. Les lits sont un peu durs et petits pour y dormir à 2.

The house is very beautiful with a large garden. It's a pity that it is not very well maintained, there are many spider webs and dust. The beds are a bit hard and small for sleeping two.

The villa is beautiful and the photos don’t do justice to the space you get! The accommodation was clean and well maintained, and the extra space in the pool house was a bonus for our large group. The garden was huge! With plenty of safe space for children to play away from the pool. The pool area was also excellent. I would definitely recommend a stay. The local area was very quiet and a car is definitely needed.

Beautiful, quiet village in France, surrounded by fields, it really is an idyllic location. 

The main house is spacious, with 6 generous bedrooms each with an en suite - although the beds were a bit on the small side. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you could need & there's a BBQ too. The separate pool house is also well equipped with it's own kitchen/dining area. No air con though, which made for a hot stay in August. Great pool & garden which were perfect for our group of young families. Wi-Fi was a bit patchy, but we all had good 4G signal. 

If arriving on a Sunday, we'd suggest taking food supplies as most supermarkets aren't open. Worth noting for families that the stairs are not child friendly & there are no baths.

Potentially perfect but a bit rough round the edges in some places - e.g. carpets have seen better days, sofa has a hole in it & the rattan table & chairs in the dining area are questionably wonky. 

Overall a great stay & we would recommend it.

Very pleasant accommodation for a weekend. The heated pool is perfect for enjoying even if the weather isn't great. 
The only slight downside is that the living room table is a bit small for 12 people.

Merci pour ce merveilleux week-end !! Tout était parfait, c'est véritablement la maison du bonheur pour se retrouver entre amis et famille ! La villa est encore mieux dans la réalité que sur les photos, super propre, hyper équipée pour cuisiner des plats raffinés, la piscine est parfaitement exposée plein soleil toute la journée, la petite pool house est idéale pour un couple avec un enfant en bas âge, c'est hyper spacieux pour que chacun vive sa petite vie à droite et à gauche tout en étant toujours ensemble. Nathalie est très réactive et très sympathique, elle nous a aidé à distance pour un problème de chaudière et tout était rentré dans l'ordre. Je ne peux que recommander cette villa, car j'y ai passé le meilleur week-end de ma vie !!! Encore un grand MERCI !!

Thank you for this wonderful weekend!! Everything was perfect, it is truly the house of happiness to gather with friends and family! The villa is even better in reality than in the photos, super clean, fully equipped to cook fine dishes, the pool is perfectly oriented to get full sun all day, the small pool house is ideal for a couple with a young child, it is super spacious for everyone to live their own little life here and there while still being together. Nathalie is very responsive and very friendly, she helped us remotely with a boiler problem and everything was back to normal. I can only recommend this villa, as I had the best weekend of my life!!! Another big THANK YOU!!

Tout s'est très bien passé, tres bon accueil, belle maison bien équipée, piscine bien chauffée et Nathalie était très flexible et sympathique!
 Un seul bémol: la connexion wifi n'était pas très stable. Mais peut-être que nous n'avons simplement pas eu de chance.

5 chambres dans la maison principale chacune avec sa salle de bains et une autre dépendance complètement équipée (avec salon cuisine etc) au fonds du jardin (la maison convient tout a fait pour 3 familles)

Accueil parfait par Nathalie, très disponible et de bon conseil tout le we.

Petit’village avec charme proche de Paris.

Malgré être en bord de route la maison est hyper calme.

5 bedrooms in the main house, each with its own bathroom, and another fully-equipped outbuilding (with living room, kitchen, etc.) at the back of the garden (the house is perfectly suitable for 3 families). 

Perfect welcome from Nathalie, very available and with good advice all weekend. 

Charming little village near Paris. 

Despite being by the road, the house is extremely quiet.

Demeure magnifique, piscine chauffée, spacieuse avec une literie géniale.
La maison nécessiterait quelques points d’amélioration mineures: Les parasols étaient non utilisables, pas d’eau chaude pendant une partie du séjour, un peu de poussière et toile d’araignées au plafond et sur les lustres.
Hôte réactif, à notre écoute et nous avons passé un excellent moment en famille grâce à lui! Le plus important!

Beautiful residence, heated pool, spacious with great bedding.
The house would benefit from a few minor improvements: The umbrellas were unusable, there was no hot water during part of our stay, a bit of dust and cobwebs on the ceiling and light fixtures.
Responsive host, attentive to our needs, and we had a wonderful time with family thanks to him! The most important thing!

Beautiful house and enormous garden/courtyard with pool and pool house. Great amenities and fantastic location near the forests of Fontainebleau. Located in a quiet village without local shops but supermarkets a short drive away, and restaurants etc in places like Milly-La-Foret. We had a lovely stay.

Très bon week-end en famille dans cette superbe maison. Tout le monde a adoré et souhaite revenir !! Chaque couple dispose d'une chambre avec salle de bain et ça, c'est le top. Grand jardin, belle piscine chauffée, barbecue... Tout était là pour que l'on passe un bon moment. 
Seul bémol, pas d'eau chaude pendant deux jours, dur de prendre des douches glacées surtout avec un bébé et un enfant !

Very good family weekend in this superb house. Everyone loved it and wants to come back!! Each couple has a bedroom with a bathroom, and that’s the best. Large garden, beautiful heated pool, barbecue... Everything was there for us to have a good time. 
The only downside was no hot water for two days, hard to take cold showers especially with a baby and a child!

La maison (et la petite maison dans le jardin) sont agréables et très fonctionnelles. Les chambres sont spacieuses. La maison est très (trop?) adaptée à la location avec tous les équipements de base mais pourrait offrir des prestations un peu supérieures et être un peu plus décorées.

Belle accueil, beau lieux. Nous sommes rester une semaine et pendant toute cette semaine nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude .. donc obligé de se laver dans la salle de bains de  la dépendance.

Les prestations sont à la hauteur des attentes, la maison est grande, agréable à vivre et très fonctionnelle.
Les équipements de la cuisine sont très complets, seul le barbecue accuse un peu le coup et mériterait d'etre renouvelé (Plancha?).
Accueil agréable souriant et efficace de Nathalie lors de notre arrivée et à notre départ.

The services meet expectations, the house is large, pleasant to live in and very functional.
The kitchen equipment is very complete, only the barbecue shows some wear and could use renewal (Plancha?).

Magnifique villa . J’ai réservé cette villa pour un moment en famille , super espace extérieur avec piscine pour les enfants et adultes.   Excellent accueil de la part de Nathalie au petit soin . Super cuisine et excellent service. Chambres confortable , très bon lit, Tout était propres à notre arrivé. Très bonne adresse je recommande fortement . Je re merci encore une fois Nathalie pour son accueil chaleureux au top 👌🏽 10/10.
