Very good stay in Uchaux

We were 10 friends and had a very good stay in Uchaux. The outdoor areas are very nice (pool, shaded terrace, barbecue, garage with table tennis), really nothing to complain about. On the inside: the kitchen is perfect, very well equipped with 2 refrigerators, a great gas stove, and all the necessary utensils for a beautiful kitchen. A living room that stays cool in case of high heat. Regarding the 3 bedrooms upstairs: it was horribly hot at night despite the shutters and windows being closed during the day, no air conditioning, only 2 fans (very noisy). We had to bring the mattresses down to cool them in the living room. The mattresses are of good quality. The listing states "party allowed" but the house rules on site say no noise after 10 PM. On the first day, we hadn't seen the rules, the neighbors showed up at 10:30 PM asking us not to make noise after midnight. We respected the neighbor's request and never saw them again. Aside from these last 2 points, everything was really perfect. I highly recommend the house.

We had an excellent family holiday. The house is really spacious, very pretty and original, clean and easy to maintain. Quiet in the middle of the vineyards. The pool is large and maintained by a very friendly person. The region is beautiful, and countless places to visit are within reach. However, please note that it is advisable to respect the neighbors who wish to be quiet after midnight. It's a pity there was no air conditioning. During the day, it wasn't a bother thanks to the pool, but at night, upstairs, the fans were welcome. However, we recommend it. Thank you for accepting our 3 large dogs.
