idéalement situé, ce chalet est un lieu de ressourcement, à la lisière de Megève et à proximité de la station familliale de Praz sur Arly, les deux étant accessibles à pieds.

L'habitation est spacieuse, bien équipée pour un confort hivernal ou estival avec une belle terrasse bien exposée. Le calme règne ici, sous la protection du majestueux Mont Blanc, tout en permettant la pratique de nombreux sport et distraction dans un voisinage immédiat: toute la Savoie, en somme!

Appartement agréable dans un beau cadre et au calme. suffisamment proche des bas de piste (ROCHE BRUNES 30 à 35 minutes à pied, en monté)

Appartement très agréable avec belle vue. Bon confort. Je reviendrais avec plaisir y passer quelques temps. L'endroit est au calme tout en étant à 5 minutes de Megève et des pistes de skis.
