Beautiful functional, air-conditioned apartment

Beautiful functional, air-conditioned and well-decorated apartment with a closed parking space in the basement. A large sunny terrace area on the ground floor. Not far from the beach and shops. Clear communication with the owners. The improvement area concerns the key delivery, which is done through an agency that does not make house calls and seems little invested in this rental. Paying for a service that adds no value seems regrettable considering the apartment. Aside from adding fees to get extras (towels, sheets) and paying if you forget to throw away a mattress protector (10 €) for example, it seems excessive. This is the kind of service that should be provided from the start, as there are much cheaper rentals where everything is included! Similarly, from a commercial perspective, having coffee pods or 1 or 2 doses of detergent as a welcome gift would be a small plus, very easy to put in place and that makes a difference. Aside from that, the apartment is great!

We spent 4 days in Loic's apartment, Estelle And Co. everything was simply perfect. The photos match reality and the house is magnificent, very clean, tidy and well-equipped. Quiet area and convenient for reaching the nearby beaches. We made the booking at the last minute and the host was very kind and responsive in addressing our requests. We recommend it and if possible, we will definitely return. Thank you!!
