Excellent stay

Very pleasant apartment, well equipped, located in a very quiet street and yet just a stone's throw from the sea, the supermarket and restaurants. Meals on the terrace in peace - what a joy! Moreover, the owners are extremely considerate, friendly, and very discreet at the same time. Our next stay in Flic-en-Flac will definitely be with Jimmy.

Positive: We were very well received by Jimmy. The apartment matches the photos and is very well equipped. It is well located, a pizzeria and an ice cream shop are 20m away and they are excellent. Other restaurants are very accessible by foot (we tried Marvann, the burgers are excellent too) or very quickly by car. The accommodation is clean. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms and a fan in the living room, which is more than sufficient. The parking space is located inside the garden. Jimmy and his wife live above but they are very discreet while remaining available if needed. The neighborhood is very quiet and the accommodation is very close to the beach (a bit hot to walk there during the day for us, but no problem early in the morning or late in the day). We recommend it without hesitation.
