Beautiful old villa with plenty of privacy and great location in the heart of Tuscany

Positive: Very child-friendly, superb location (10 minutes walk from the old town) and private pool. Large property with lots of privacy. The hostess was extremely friendly and accommodating. Cold drinks were provided upon arrival. Always reachable, check-in/check-out times were adjusted in our favor (We could enter the villa earlier and could leave much later without additional charge). The property was completely fenced, ideal for dogs (and children). Negative: While it matches the charm of the old building that the garden is overgrown, it did seem quite neglected at times. More care would be desirable here, regardless of the dryness.
