Le point fort de cet hébergement est le propriétaire, Jean Rol, un homme charmant, attentif aux besoins des clients, allant au-delà pour rendre le séjour de ses locataires aussi confortable que possible. La maison est un peu vieille, offrant un équipement de base - pas un excellent rapport qualité-prix. D'après ce que j'ai compris, Loic, Estelle And Co sont les gérants à distance - ils gèrent la présence digitale de ce logement. À mon humble avis, ils ne sont pas très orientés client. Vous devriez peut-être envisager de réduire votre commission (pardon) ou de la partager avec le propriétaire :) car il fait la majeure partie du travail avec les clients en personne, ce qui est finalement ce qui est important pour un occupant.
