This beautiful house sits atop a mountain, perfect for a quiet vacation retreat. It's conveniently located just 5 minutes from a supermarket and 15 minutes from Sperlonga's finest beach, complete with a bar and restaurant. Nearby, you can also explore several historical castles. If you need to buy additional items, there are nearby towns for shopping. The house's decor matches the photos exactly. The floor is made of marble, and there's a fireplace in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there's an outdoor grill perfect for family dining.

The best and cleanest house we've rented in the past year. All the household items were complete and new; it seemed like we were the first ones to rent the house. The landlord was very nice and helpful. For those who are particular about the cleanliness of a house, this house is the best option. It's a 5-minute drive to the shopping center and a 15-minute drive to the beach where you can enjoy the whole day. There is a grill with all the amenities on the terrace that you can use. I just hope that the next guests respect the cleanliness and beauty of this house and treat it like their own home during their stay.
