Positive: Very central location, cozy apartment with a very nice outdoor space. Negative: To get supplies like spare toilet paper, dish soap, etc., you had to go look for the owner. Cute little apartment but a bit neglected; I would recommend fixing it up a bit, maybe even painting it.
