Excellent stay - and scandal with Homerez

Please publish this review in its entirety if you do. We had an excellent stay. Very functional, very clean, very well-located cottage. Very good contact with the owner. As for Homerez, we would call them dishonest people. The amount of stay fees deducted by Abritel (subcontractor mandated by Homerez) from our credit card was much higher than that indicated in the advertisement without our consent. And impossible to recover this difference from Abritel. We did inform Homerez of this problem. Homerez did nothing. At Abritel, we dealt with people who neither spoke nor understood French. At Homerez, we were shuffled from email to email, from phone call to phone call without anything happening. Never go with Homerez or Abritel.
