Negative: The total price was on the order, and then in English it said that we have to pay 30 euros for cleaning, and I was supposed to pay that. I don't understand when I paid and the invoice stated the total price for everything was about 1600;-Kč. The agreement was that we would leave at 10:00 AM. Then the lady wrote that we should leave at 11:00, but we couldn't wait, so we left. So I don’t know where to pay 30 euros, but these nerves and why was everything in Czech and the other payments in English? Next time I want clearer information and in Czech.
