Ideally located campsite on the banks of the Rhône

Positive: Ideally located campsite on the banks of the Rhône, allowing for nice walks or bike rides (close to the via Rhôna). Negative: A management and welcome that were at least disturbing. Following our reservation on your site, we had several contacts before the stay, either by phone or SMS (with several times the same question but apparently not from the same person!!) and in the end, no one to welcome us. We presented ourselves at the campsite's reception upon arrival, and they indicated that they had not managed our reservation. (?) We then contacted one of the people I had communicated with via SMS. All that just to be told that the key was under the doormat. No clear explanation had been given regarding our arrival. Total confusion!
