Positive : Location really central. Terrace lovely for sitting out. Facing back of property, very quiet. Washing machine, fridge and air conditioning unit very useful. Negative : Bathroom was a bit smelly. Could not see and vents. Bed was sagging in the middle.

Comfortable studio with a pleasant sunny terrace. Sid was very helpful when we needed assistance with the TV.
