Positive : The outdoor space is very nice, with a good barbecue and a counter with preparation space and also a fridge. The images match the reality. Negative : I didn't like having to pay €20 for each extra person who slept in the house when the owner had told me over the phone it would be €17.5.

The outdoor space of the house is excellent, with a large pool, lawn area, and a nice adjacent dining area. As for the interior, the decor is outdated, and in our particular case, where we were a large group (we rented both floors of the house), some of the beds were placed in the living room/kitchen and even in an office/basement that did not have the conditions necessary to accommodate people properly. I think there should not be the possibility to accommodate so many people if the necessary conditions are not met. Additionally, the owners live in the same house, in a slightly more isolated area, but without any physical division, so privacy is somewhat compromised. Upon arrival, we were asked for a security deposit of 100 euros, which we were not aware of. Overall, it was worth it for the outdoor space but I consider the total price (quoted amount + extra for being more than 10 people) to be above what the space is worth.
