The host Lorenzo is great, we felt very warm welcomed and got personal tips regarding activities in the surrounding. The initial communication is running via an external agency. The location is very well suitable to explore this part of the island including Palermo. The beach is just few meters away and the roof-terrace is offering great view and a very nice atmosphere. We were two families with 4 adults and 4 kids using the complete house and having enough space in the two flats that can be connected via one door in between the two kitchens. Every flat has own entrance, bath and kitchen. The children rooms are small but sufficient. Everything is very clean and modern. There is really everything in the house you may need including beach accessories. There is a private place to park 2 cars. In the first floor of the house there is a coffee shop with great Espresso but it is getting a bit noisy already at 7:00 o’clock in the morning which is normal for a location in the town. All in all we can only recommend this house.

Excellent location, very close to the sea. A great option for drivers, ideal base for exploring more distant towns (Trapani, Marsala, Palermo), with two parking spaces provided. All necessary amenities on site, a huge plus is the large rooftop terrace. Hassle-free contact with the host, replies within a maximum of one hour. Highly recommend!
