Positive : Lovely building and apartment. The underground private and secure parking is a bonus! Gated and guarded all day and night at the entrance. Hosts are very nice and helpful. Negative : WIFI was a little slow. But we rented another apartment for my mother-in-law and it seemed to be much faster so depends on what apartment I guess. No pool.

The apartment is well located, a few minutes to the beach and nightlife. It has 2 rooms, bathroom and an open kitchen. Shops can be reached in just under 15 minutes (ole). The furniture is in good condition and TV reception and WiFi are stable. The recurring power outages are sometimes annoying. Security is provided around the clock. All in all a good location to explore Boca Chica.
