The price-performance of this apartment is excellent

There is nothing to criticize about the price-performance of this apartment, everything you need is present, even 2 bathrooms! Balcony, WiFi, washing machine. Large pool, 4 minutes to the supermarket, 6 minutes to the beach. Bars, restaurants, bus... it’s all there. I can only recommend it. However, the unit could use a fresh coat of paint, and the balcony needs a new railing.
