Host - Kind and friendly. Apartment - Good. No stairs! Location - Good. Very easy to find good food and within walking from Genova Piazza Principe train station and various key attractions of Genova. We would like to propose that the host provides a map to indicate the stairless route to their apartment as we only figured out there is one after checking in. Cleanliness - Good. Amenities - Good, except the host may wish to look into the shower facilities. We prefer to use the traditional handheld showerhead but the lever to switch between the rainforest showerhead and the handheld showerhead does not allow us to completely switch to handheld showerhead (as in there was continuous flow of water from the rainforest showerhead even after we switched to handheld showerhead).
