Es war alles genügend vorrätig in der Unterkunft ,was wir von vorherigen Wohnungen so nicht gewohnt waren.Wir fanden das Haus sehr sauber und ordentlich vor.Handtücher vorhanden,Betten bezogen. Die Lage war gut.Alles gut fußläufig erreichbar.Man muss nur den Berg hoch wenn man aus der Stadt zurückgeht. Parken vorm Haus in der Woche problemlos möglich.Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet.Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

The house is great and exactly as described. It is centrally located and provided us (2 adults, 2 teenagers) with ample space. The parking situation is a bit challenging (summer holidays and construction at the church next to the accommodation), but can always be resolved with some skill or a little walk. The house is very nice and well-equipped. Everything one needs is generally available. The supermarket in town is within walking distance, although the groceries do have to be carried up the hill... :-) The location is good, it takes about 10-15 minutes to walk (downhill) to the beach, and there is usually something happening in Trouville, which is great if you enjoy a bit of hustle and bustle. It is quiet and relaxing in and around the house itself. The check-in and communication were perfectly fine and very nice. Unfortunately, what we did not like at all was the cleanliness condition upon handing over the house. We are not particularly sensitive, but if we have to clean the kitchen upon arrival because there are still food residues, grease, used coffee pads, and inadequately cleaned dishes and pots, I find that quite unacceptable in this price range. I expect a different condition; we have actually never experienced this before. This is ultimately also the only aspect that makes this review unfortunately less favorable than the house truly deserves.
