The price is excessive for what the house offers, it must be due to its location

Positive: It has a nice garden, although we were seven in the house and the furniture was a bit tight. The location is good, there are a couple of beaches that you can walk to, and a couple of restaurants, an ice cream shop and a supermarket are just a few minutes away by car. For everything else, you need to take the car because it is a development far from the town. Negative: The house needs maintenance, especially the kitchen and bathroom, which look outdated. The fridge door needs to be forced to close, for example, and the shower is very small. There is no air conditioning in the rooms and there is no wifi.
