Extremely low price, the house is obviously not new but it has ample space with everything needed for cooking. The only downside is the lack of hot water, the boiler probably needs to be renewed. Overall, we were satisfied, very good value for money (we spent very little) and the house matched the description. The owner was very nice and helpful!
