Great apartment but there's room for improvement for the price!

On the plus side the apartment is very spacious and well-equipped (free Wifi, dishwasher, microwave, washer dryer, smart TV with DVD player, sauna etc), and it has a superb location right in the centre of Gerardmer. On the minus side there is only one toilet (which for 8 people nearly caused a few accidents!) and the hot water runs out very quickly (meaning that we all had to take very quick showers spaced out over the course of the day). Also the property manager doesn't speak any English and tried to charge us 30 euros for some finger marks left on the front of the dishwasher! Lastly be warned! This apartment is on the third floor so there are a number of stairs to climb in order to access it! Furthermore if you are coming from the UK your bed sheets will just about fit the mattresses and duvets but your pillow cases won't and there's nowhere to hire them from locally!

Appartement très spacieux, meublé et décoré avec gout, bien équipé et parfaitement placé. Accueil très sympathique et souriant, c'est agréable. On regrette toutefois qu'avec ce niveau de prix et de prestation, on trouve un espace aussi "nu' (pas de draps ni de linge de bain, ni papier toilette...).

Bon séjour passé à Gérardmer. L’appartement est à la fois bien équipé, grand, confortable et idéalement placé. Situé au 4ème étage sans ascenseur. Ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Pas de vue sur le lac.
