If you really want to be away from it all, this is the house for you. You will be well away from any bars, restaurants or shops. During our week there, most of the nearby properties were also empty. The hamlet is down a very steep switchback single track tarmaced road, but with little traffic. There are perhaps a dozen houses and a small car park for people who come to the sea for the day. The house itself is on two main levels. On the ground floor is a room with table, chairs, sofa, kitchen and bathroom in the corner. All is well equipped. There are stairs outside to the rear to the single bedroom. Also outside is a covered eating and bbq area and small garden with vines and bananas etc. There is no Wi-Fi, and mobile signal is limited. communication was good, and the owner met us to show us round. Everything is basic, but comfortable. We explored much of the north coast, it takes a little while because you are away from the fast roads, but all is stunning. Recommended, but I suspect won’t be what everyone wants.
