margaret's apartment is called "living in a postcard" and it lives up to its name. It has a lovely little balcony which overlooks the quaint old town of Nice and you can even see the waterfall up on the hill where the chateau is. The kitchen has been recently redone so it is quite nice. There is AC which is a big plus in the summer. It is a couple of minutes walk from the Saleya flower market, the beach and many good cafés and restaurants. We barely needed to take a tram; although that is only a 5 minute walk. We thought it was very good value for the money and would definitely stay there again. The only drawback for some people may be the fifth floor location, but you have to have this in the old town to have light and the great view.
