Ideal Position, Clean, light airy accommodation

My husband and I have recently returned from a fabulous 3 week holiday in this apartment.. The pictures provided are true to life of exactly what to expect. It is absolutely sparkling clean and benefits from very efficient air con, for which we were extremely grateful as outside temperatures exceeded 30 degrees on many days during our holiday. We arrived before official check in time and were delighted to be greeted by Juana Maria the owner, who welcomed us warmly and gave us sound information about her apartment and good recommendations on local restaurants and places of interest. We did not hire a car for our stay and didn't regret this decision. There are three well stocked supermarkets in very close proximity and a wide variety of eateries all in easy walking distance. The roof terrace is a wonderful asset to this property and we enjoyed many hours just admiring the wonderful views and basking in the glorious weather. There is a retractable sail canopy which offered shade when needed. Puerto De Pollensa is a very picturesque resort offering a combination of the old and new without loosing its charm. Ideal for strolling along the flat well maintained promenade. One point which we feel is necessary to consider before booking this property is that there are approx fifty steps to access it and a spiral staircase to access the roof terrace. This did not impact our stay in a negative way, however would be problematic for any folk with mobility issues. In conclusion a huge "Thank you" to Juana Maria for being so helpful, both during our booking process and stay.
