The property provides us for a quiet safe stay on the French side of the island in Oyster Pond. A gated community that is located on a hill with view of northeast region of island. Local restaurants are located nearby and beaches are within easy drives. We soo enjoyed our stay here and James is a great host that was easily available to attend to any of our concerns.

We have stayed at this property the last 2 years for extended vacations. We couldn't be happier. Located in a quiet gated community, on the hill in Oyster Pond, French St.Martin. The clean house has open space with a Master queen bed room and queen guest bedroom, with bathrooms , wifi and pool. Restaurants and small grocery store are located in the village. As with most things in SXM; Beaches, shopping, restaurants, water activities are short drives from this location. The view from he balcony porch are of hills and beach areas of the northeast region of the island. James and his family are great hosts and readily available to handle any concerns.
