We had a good stay, the house

Positive: We had a good stay, the house was well equipped. There is a nice, large terrace and we appreciated the private parking spaces. Negative: It was a bit noisy as the house is located a few meters from a railway line with a lot of traffic. The owner was responsive during our stay but not at all after we left. We had to follow up with him several times to retrieve the deposit and once received, he kept €30 without providing any explanation despite our requests. We returned the house in perfect condition and had only broken one plate. This does not justify keeping €30.
