Emanule and Claudia were very accommodating hosts and we enjoyed their hospitality during check in. This apartment may be a great base for exploring the Rome by car and spending most of the time wondering the streets of the ancient city. But they may not be ideal if you plan to stay longer than a couple of weeks or work remotely as it was a bit dark inside (since it's in the basement) and the bed mattress was quite soft which may cause discomfort if you have issues with your back. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment and always available free parking on premises.
