We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Florence at Cinzia/Luana's place. The staff onsite, plus Luana the host, were extremely responsive and helpful. Anything we asked for, they provided quickly. We went as far as asking for extra towels a few days into the stay, and they provided. The washing machine was great, the air conditioners all worked, and the kitchen was clean and everything worked. Our only piece of advice would be to de-clutter the house as it felt lived in and it made it very dusty and at times hard to move around as there were so many things in the house already. Additionally, one of the bathrooms downstairs had been upgraded and we recommend she do the rest of the bathrooms as well. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was a big place for our family as we had 5 adults and 3 kids. 5 Star hospitality and service. Additionally, it was easy to get into the city using a bus as it was quite close.

Together with eight friends we spent a week here, renting both floors of the villa. We experienced Luana as an incredibly friendly and helpful host. The location is nice, even if you don’t have a car. There are frequent buses to the city and plenty of bikes you can rent by app that get you to the city even faster. <br/>However, there were a few aspects that made the house not a great match for our group. We didn’t realise that the pool is also accessed by the guests in a second airbnb on the same grounds or that the grounds keeper lives in a separate apartment in the same house. While everyone was super nice it still didn’t make the house feel as secluded as we had hoped and we frequently felt interrupted when spending time outside. In addition, for the price, we would have expected a higher standard of cleanliness (e.g. of the pool) and certain basic amenities to be provided (dishwasher tabs, salt/pepper/oil, enough toilet paper).
