Nathalie is very kind and very attentive. It was very hot this year in August in Nebbuino and in the apartment, and Nathalie brought us an extra fan. Very nice apartment tastefully decorated.

Nathalie made the apartment available earlier upon request & simplified the key exchange with a code, allowing us to check in flexibly. Upon reaching the 3rd floor, we were greeted by a modern & clean apartment (inside), but it was also very hot. We searched for a fan and only found a small one that was not fully functional and barely helped. Luckily, the windows had external shutters to keep out some of the sun. The balcony overlooking the lake had metal chairs that were quite uncomfortable. To use it, my partner had to remove some spider webs, etc. The 2nd balcony was a spider paradise, complete with their webs; we counted 15 of them, so we didn't use it.<br/>The kitchen was equipped with the essentials, but we were missing trash bags as well as oil, pepper, etc. The bathroom was nicely designed. Nathalie was very helpful & sweet when we met her; she had great tips ready. Thanks for that. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!
