Twiga House is a nice place to holiday with friends or family as it offers ample space within a big house. It is near Papa Remo's beach, which is a good attraction in Watamu. If you would like to stay directly on the beach, however, this will not meet your expectations as you will have to leave compound and travel on the main road to access beach. <br/>Other than that, staff are friendly, pool is beautiful and architecture of house is quite detailed and nice. We enjoyed our stay!

Twiga house is a lovely villa. We were a family of twelve and we had a wonderful two days here. The house is just as in the pictures. The pool is very nice.<br/>Few points to note: it is a bit difficult to locate if you search for twiga house in google maps, or even ask the locals! Because the property is actually called mawe nzuri. The rooms were clean but still had mosquitoes! It would have been nice if some mosquito coils were provided. Air conditioning worked but the cooling wasnt good enough. The bathroom door in one room had come off its hinges and wasn’t shutting due to getting swollen . It would also help if some basics such as eggs, milk, tea coffee etc are provided to get started with upon arrival so that the guests do not have to go out immediately in order to get it.<br/>Now the good bits: Abraham, the manager was a gentleman and made sure that our stay was pleasant. abdallah is an amazing person. He took care of all our needs. He even went out of his way to make breakfast for us on our last day! Finally, The Chef was excellent. He cooked delicious food for us throughout our stay. <br/>We will highly recommend Twiga house to anyone looking to spend some quiet time away for it all.
