We only had a short stay in the villa, but we wish we could have stayed much longer! Stay with friends to hike, visit, and enjoy Martinique. The view is beautiful, the pool is great, and our host was also wonderful, welcoming, accommodating, and offering local meal tips and services (which were super good...). In short, a very good stay, too short for our taste, we will definitely be back...

The villa is well located in a quiet neighborhood with a breathtaking view. The pool is an asset and the space is spacious. Lucienne is on-site, available, and very welcoming. She was even very understanding after an accident we had with the oven. This villa has the potential for a 5-star rating. Here are our concerns: the cleaning leaves something to be desired, the bedding is clean but the floors and showers were dirty, the dishes and utensils were not clean, and there is a lack of basic necessities that we are used to in a rental such as salt/pepper/basic spices/cleaning products. The villa is outdated and needs care, but knowing that, one adapts. Otherwise, we had a very good stay.

Super host, very kind and available. Lucienne is accommodating and gives good advice. Regarding the accommodation, it is quite well located on the island. The view is simply magnificent! Located on the Atlantic side, it has the advantage of being sheltered from the wind, so we did not suffer from the heat. The living area is completely open to the outside, which is great on vacation! We loved having the feeling of living outside. On the other hand, it is a bit worn out... aside from the washing machine and dishwasher, the equipment is basic. There are three bathrooms, but you can only shower one at a time or else you risk not having pressure or getting burned/frozen! We lacked dishes (mugs/bowls for example). The high chairs are dirty and very worn, I couldn't use them for my daughter. We had to clean our rooms (bathroom, closets, toilet) upon arrival as well as all the dishes. The garden is not clean, there are heaps of leaves, bits of plastic, tools, etc. The pool is fully fenced, which is reassuring with children. But... it really needs maintenance! The liner is held by tape that is peeling off and hanging in the water; the cleaning system is not working well and the pool gets dirty very quickly. There is no border but protruding tiles, some of which are broken. Our air conditioning broke down during the stay and was not repaired. The price is not excessively high, but the accommodation needs a little refresh and cleaning.
