Very beautiful little house, new, clean with an absolutely stunning view of the sea and the Diamond Rock. We loved it and felt comfortable right away. Perfect air conditioning. Furnished terrace where you can spend very good time. It's difficult to swim from the house, but if you walk just a few moments along the sea, you can do it safely because the sea is rough at this spot. We rented a car directly from Frédéric. They pick us up from the airport. Well located to tour the island from Diamant. Frederic and his partner are very friendly! Warm welcome to the little house. Very nice to be able to walk to the grocery store and bakery. Easy parking on the street. I recommend!

The location of this little house is the best in Martinique! The view from the balcony is postcard-worthy. The beach is accessible for walking and swimming directly at the back. Restaurants, the market, and shops are within walking distance. Parking was conveniently available nearby. The little house is perfect for a couple. The spaces are well-equipped and air-conditioned, the bathroom is functional, and the kitchen is well-equipped. Our host Frederic was welcoming and very friendly. We had a wonderful stay! Thank you! I highly recommend it!

Lovely small cottage very functional with feet in the water and well located in Diamant. Superb view of the bay and the rock! Bakery, supermarket, restaurants, and market nearby within walking distance. Frédéric is a good host, very responsive and welcoming! We loved our stay.
