Positive: Proximity to the sea. Ease of parking in private parking. The cleanliness of the sea is very high. Quietness and peace for sleeping, along with beautifully landscaped surroundings and a well-equipped apartment. Negative: Distance from shops. Distance from the center and distance from restaurants. Lack of playgrounds for children.
