We had a pleasant week. However, there are some clarifications we would like to make. Loic is just an intermediary. He lets you deal with the host once the reservation is made. We did not have access to the entire accommodation as stated in the listing because the house is divided into 2. Other guests had reserved the other part. Therefore, we had to share the pool and the garden. Additionally, we did not have a washing machine, dryer, and iron as specified in the listing. We had to address this with the owners who found a solution.
