Fantastic stay by the beach

Super nice accommodation right on the beach with a wonderful terrace. The kitchen is well equipped, and there is everything you need for the beach: umbrellas, bath towels, volleyball, chairs. Pilar is super friendly and a very good host. I can only recommend the stay.

Pilar’s place was exceptional. The best Airbnb we have stayed in. It was spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and the location was perfect right across the road from the beach and many restaurants. Communication with Pilar was excellent. We are already making plans to go back

A very pleasant host where you can also practice your Spanish well. Very nice and clean apartment in A1 location, literally a stone's throw from the beach and promenade. Located in an "up market" area. Neatly maintained garden and pool. Also, two private parking spaces in the garage under the apartment, including a space with various stand necessities. Tram connection to Alicante city center practically at the door. Very ample amount of linen, dishes, cutlery, etc. available. Well-functioning air conditioning/heating system. Hot water provided via boiler, which sometimes gives some limitations with multiple residents. Nice room layout of the house with a spacious ground floor balcony. Value for money.
