Séjour très agréable, très beau jardin, calme… Barbecue et feu d’extérieur…  hôte à l’écoute et agréable, seulement petit problème avec le jacuzzi qui n’était pas très propre et qui n’a vraiment fonctionné durant le week end

Tout s'est bien passé, accueil super et maison très agréable. Le logement était un peu plus excentré que je ne pensais mais très agréable d'être en pleine campagne pour regarder les étoiles par exemple !

Everything went well, great welcome and very pleasant house. The accommodation was a bit more remote than I thought, but it was very nice to be in the countryside to watch the stars for example!

Logement loué à Noël pour être proche de la famille sur Louargat. Nous n’avons fait qu’y dormir pour notre part. Eloigné du village de Louargat situé à 5min en voiture par de petites routes de campagne. Spacieux et propre il conviendrait de rafraîchir l’équipement de la salle de bain et les toilettes qui ne ressemblent plus guère aux photos. Un peu plus de chauffage au rez de chaussée serait aussi nécessaire.

Rented accommodation for Christmas to be close to family in Louargat. We only slept there, for our part. Distant from the village of Louargat located 5 minutes by car via small country roads. Spacious and clean, it would be good to refresh the equipment in the bathroom and the toilet which no longer looks much like the photos. A bit more heating on the ground floor would also be necessary.

Pleasant stay in a secluded yet rejuvenating location! The cows and ponies add a real charm to this place, the kids loved it. A few minor details need addressing regarding the accommodation, which I have communicated privately to our host; I am sure she will make her cottage perfect for the next travelers ;)

Vous trouverez en ce lieu, une charmante maison bien équipée et facile d’accès grâce au GPS. Le jardin est vaste et très bien entretenu, comprenant 2 salons de jardin, des jeux pour enfants et le petit jacuzzi. Vous devrez prendre votre voiture pour vous rendre dans les commerces, qui se situent environ à 10/15mn. Attention juste aux petites barrières électrifiées derrière la maison, si vous avez de jeunes enfants qui gambadent et qui sont trop heureux / curieux d’aller voir les vaches :-)… Le rapport qualité - prix est très bon ! N’hésitez pas, le lieux est extrêmement agréable !!

You will find in this place a charming house that is well equipped and easily accessible by GPS. The garden is large and very well maintained, with 2 patios, children's games, and a small jacuzzi. You will need to take your car to reach the shops, which are about 10/15 minutes away. Just be careful with the small electric fences behind the house if you have young children who are happily/boundlessly curious to go see the cows :-)… The value for money is very good! Don't hesitate, the place is extremely pleasant!!

Nice ‘home stay’, very clean and practical, lovely hosts. Good for socialising with friends, not really for a couples retreat in its current set up (lounge is not really for lounging, no smart Tv). Also worth mentioning they have a lot of dogs in what seems to be a large kennel, we could hear them barking a little, but it doesn’t really affect the stay.

We had a lovely peaceful week staying here, our first holiday with our 6 month old son. It’s a great location for exploring the local area and we had some lovely days out. The accommodation is well equipped, it has everything you need. The upstairs bedrooms do get hot in warm weather so bear this in mind if travelling with little ones. The downstairs bedroom is much cooler and we managed to squeeze our travel cot in there. We didn’t realise you have to pay extra for the hot tub - our error as we didn’t notice it on the listing - so bear this in mind when booking. Overall a lovely stay.

We had a lovely 1 night stay on way to Roscoff. The kids  enjoyed playing with the toys and the beds were very comfortable.

A nice secluded home in the French country side. Great for relaxing and a quick drive to nice beaches and local towns. The kids loved playing in the yard on the swing set and with the ponies. Fabineta and Stephane are very welcoming and were quick to provide assistance and local recommendations. They responded promptly to our requests. We also enjoyed a fun evening together over aperitif. Overall a nice family vacation. 

We are a family of four from Ireland with two small children (4 years and 18 months) and just spent a fantastic 3 weeks in Fabineta’s gite.  The gite is exactly as described and very well equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. It is located at the bottom of a small laneway/road that runs through a small farm with some dairy cows so it is very private and safe for the children. The property is a renovated farmhouse that is split in two (Fabineta lives in the adjoining property with her partner and young baby girl). There are swings and a slide in the garden as well as two small Shetland ponies and a very friendly dog!  Inside the property there is a double bedroom downstairs (which is nice and cool on the warmer nights), bathroom and separate toilet and a large open plan kitchen/diner with a couch, coffee table, tv etc. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom and a slightly smaller twin bedroom. There is also a cot/high chair available for use.  The gite is located a 50 min drive from the ferry in Roscoff, about 15 min south of Lannion and west of Guingamp. There is a large Super U supermarket in nearby Begard (5 min drive) and all the local shops you will need in Begard also (chemist, boulangerie, post office etc).  Fabineta and Stefan were very accommodating and welcoming after our ferry was delayed about 4 hours. The later arrival was not an issue. There were non intrusive during our stay and left us to our own devices, but were available for any queries that arose. On our last evening they very kindly invited us for dinner in their home and we had a lovely night and enjoyed their company and the opportunity to practice our rusty French!  Some practical things to know –  There is no dining table inside the property. Instead there is a large kitchen island with high stools. Fine for adults but may not be suitable for children. However there are table and chairs outside on the patio. There are a number of dogs in one of the outbuildings on the property. They were noisy at times but for the most part it was not an issue. There are mosquitos at night so it was best to keep the windows/shutters closed which meant it was quite warm in the upstairs bedrooms.   I would recommend the gite to anyone looking for a little corner of tranquility in Northern France!

Super logement ! Nous avions fêté l’anniversaire de ma sœur. Les événements sont acceptés, il suffit juste de prévenir. Et un supplément pour être rajouté si le nombre de personnes dépasse les 6. Ceci est correct ! Le logement était en parfait état, beau jardin, l’intérieur était propre, les draps aussi. Les propriétaires étaient adorables ! Réactif ! Je recommande vraiment ! Super accommodation! We celebrated my sister's birthday. Events are allowed, you just need to give notice. And an extra charge will be added if the number of people exceeds 6. That is fair! The accommodation was in perfect condition, beautiful garden, the interior was clean, the sheets too. The owners were lovely! Responsive! I really recommend it! Thank you for this trust.

Nous avons loué cette maison pour accueillir un groupe d'amies pendant les périodes des fêtes. Elle se prêtait parfaitement à cet usage. La cuisine est vaste et bien équipée, le salon confortable, la déco sympathique, les trois chambres ont permis de loger tout le monde, et le coin est très tranquille sans aucun risque de déranger ou d'être dérangé. Nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion de tester le jacuzzi ou le barbecue sur la terrasse...le climat hivernal ne s'y prêtait pas vraiment !

We rented this house to accommodate a group of friends during the holiday season. It was perfectly suited for this purpose. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped, the living room comfortable, the decor nice, the three bedrooms allowed everyone to stay, and the area is very quiet with no risk of disturbing or being disturbed. We didn't have the chance to try out the jacuzzi or the barbecue on the terrace... the winter weather wasn't really suitable for that!

Un petit havre de paix en pleine nature, au calme et verdoyant, c'est vraiment ressourçant. Le logement est hyper fonctionnel avec le nécessaire et cocooning. Les chambres sont grandes et confortable. Nous avons vraiment passé un bon weekend. Nous n'avons pas utiliser le jacuzzi car il faisait froid et nous étions tous enrhumés mais c'est un plus non négligeable. Juste un petit conseil, la chambre du bas n'a pas de volet, donc si vous ne souhaitez pas être réveillé par le jour, pensez à prendre de quoi occulter 😉. Tout est parfait et nos hôtes sont vraiment serviables et disponibles. A recommander les yeux fermés 😍

A small haven of peace in the middle of nature, quiet and green, it’s really rejuvenating. The accommodation is super functional with everything you need and cozy. The rooms are large and comfortable. We really had a great weekend. We didn’t use the jacuzzi as it was cold and we were all sick, but it’s a nice bonus. Just a little tip, the downstairs room doesn’t have blinds, so if you don’t want to be woken up by daylight, make sure to bring something to block it out 😉. Everything is perfect and our hosts are really helpful and available. Highly recommend with eyes closed 😍

We loved this place, right in the heart of the Breton countryside, close to all the beautiful places to visit, it is a true haven of peace. The interior is modern and fully equipped. A warm and attentive welcome awaits you. The host is available and accommodating, especially when we call to inform of a delay. We had an excellent New Year's Eve at Fabineta. We particularly appreciated the trust given to our small group, as well as the layout of the house, which allowed us to be received in the best conditions. We were able to beautifully set the central table, which is perfect for accommodating a group. We had a pleasant time in the outdoor jacuzzi and also around the fire pit on the terrace. Thank you to Fabineta for allowing us to celebrate the New Year in her lovely home.

C'est sur la porte d'entrée de la maison qu'il fallait écrire "l'endroit où je me sens bien", calme, propreté,  confort, décoration soignée... tout est bien dans cette maison et à  l'extérieur. Fabineta et Stéphane sont des hôtes soucieux du bien-être de leurs visiteurs.  Grands-parents,  parents et petits-enfants,  nous étions six dans ce lieu pendant deux semaines pour notre plus grand plaisir et nous en avons bien  profité. Je recommande.

It should say on the front door of the house "the place where I feel good", calm, cleanliness, comfort, tasteful decoration... everything is good in this house and outside. Fabineta and Stéphane are hosts who care about their visitors' well-being. Grandparents, parents, and grandchildren, there were six of us in this place for two weeks for our greatest pleasure, and we enjoyed it very much. I recommend.

Excellent logement, avec un accueil et des attentions très appréciables de la part de notre hôte. Nous n’avons pas eut la chance de voir Fabineta car notre rythme était particulièrement différent a cause de notre travail. Cependant je tiens a dire que le logement tout comme  Fabineta sont parfait. A 1/4h max de Guingamp ce logement est d’un rapport qualité prix exceptionnel. Équipement complet, nous n’aurons pas put essayer le jacuzzi, il faisait un temps trop breton pour nous. En tout cas merci et je recommande vivement.

Excellent accommodation, with a very appreciated welcome and attentions from our host. We didn’t have the chance to see Fabineta as our rhythm was particularly different due to our work. However, I want to say that both the accommodation and Fabineta are perfect. Just 15 minutes from Guingamp, this accommodation offers an exceptional value for money. Complete equipment, we couldn’t try the jacuzzi as the weather was too Breton for us. In any case, thank you, and I highly recommend.

Super séjour! Fabineta et son compagnon Stéphane sont très accueillants, disponibles, réactifs et arrangeants. L'endroit est magnifique et calme, à la campagne. On peut faire la fête sans déranger les voisins. Une maison idéale pour se retrouver en famille ou encore entre amis. Une mention toute particulière à l'îlot central qui peut accueillir 15 personnes en toute convivialité. Un très bon souvenir pour mes 34 ans. Juste PARFAIT!!! Merci.

Great stay! Fabineta and her partner Stéphane are very welcoming, available, responsive, and accommodating. The place is beautiful and calm, in the countryside. You can party without disturbing the neighbors. An ideal house for family gatherings or with friends. A special mention goes to the central island which can host 15 people in a friendly atmosphere. Venu en week end entre amis, la maison a répondu à nos attentes. Maison fonctionnelle avec une cuisine très pratique pour  préparation des repas en convivialité. Nous avons surtout profité du grand jardin très agréable et isolé. Le plus pour nous, la cheminée extérieure qui nous a permis de rester plus tardivement sur la terrasse le soir. Merci à Fabineta pour son accueil et sa gentillesse, nous avons passé un très bon week end ressourçant 

We came for a weekend with friends, and the house met our expectations. The house is functional with a very practical kitchen for preparing meals in a friendly atmosphere. We especially enjoyed the large, very pleasant and secluded garden. The highlight for us was the outdoor fireplace, which allowed us to stay on the terrace later in the evening. Thank you to Fabineta for her hospitality and kindness, we had a very refreshing weekend.

Great welcome from Fabineta, very beautiful house in a quiet location, ideal for a weekend with friends, suitable for children. The house matches the photos and is very well equipped. Fabineta welcomed us with some local specialties. The children enjoyed the garden, and if we had stayed more than one night, the adults would have enjoyed the barbecue.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à 2 couples avec des enfants. Le logement est spacieux et bien équipé. Il est situé au calme et a un jardin et une terrasse sympas où nous avons pu manger et jouer pour les enfants. Fabineta est très sympa et réactive. Elle est très disponible et répond à toutes les questions.
