We booked the largest apartment for our group of 10 people (+1 dog). It was equipped with 3 spacious bedrooms, ideal for large groups. Paolo's welcome was warm and he resolved our requests very quickly during our stay. The pool is a real plus for hot summer days! The outdoor area is well maintained and very pretty. The property is surrounded by hazelnut trees and a few kilometres from Bevagna town centre. For those who like tranquillity and noise-free nights, it is an ideal place to rest. As the apartment occupies (the entire) first floor, we didn't use the terrace much for eating. Very good that bath towels were provided. There were enough for everyone. Only one star for communication before our stay with the estate agency, which never replied to my emails (nothing to do with Paolo). Small suggestions to improve the stay in the accommodation: the green sofa bed in the dining room should be replaced; maybe provide cloths for drying the dishes.
