Chalet matches the description and is convenient for hiking. <br/>Construction with a simple floor between the lower and upper sections but it didn't bother us. It was cold outside, but the temperature inside the chalet was pleasant. <br/>The various hiking sites are nearby (by car - Lac Chauvet, Besse, Lac Pavin, ...) or pass right next to it (GR30). <br/>Small grocery store - bakery - restaurant very handy in the village, but the restaurant was closed on Saturday evening during our stay. A vehicle is necessary for larger shopping.
