The apartment is quite comfortable and well-equipped. The location, close to the beach and various shops, including a good bakery, is appreciated. It is a good starting point for accessing various activities in the area. However, its location on a hillside often necessitates the use of a car. The apartment, being long, has only one window, which makes it rather dark and poorly ventilated.
