The location is correct, both close

4/5

Positive: The location is correct due to its proximity to the beaches in summer, as well as for driving to the Village de Noel at Christmas. The beach is very, very close, and there is a playground in the back. Negative: The apartment is somewhat outdated and in winter there weren't places to eat in the area; it is a tourist area for summer vacations and everything is closed in winter.
