We were warmly welcomed by Stéphane and Mireille!
There were no issues, the accommodation is complete and well located.
The only downside is the bathroom, which is a bit too "basic" (no sink and very, very small)...
Other than that, it's a great value for money.
I would recommend it for younger people.

We were warmly welcomed by Stépha

Merci

Myreil and Stéphane welcomed us very well

Positive: We were in a very nice independent gite for 2 people. The owners are very welcoming and eager to help. Close to the sea.
Negative: There was just a missing sink in the shower room and an armchair in the living area.

independent gite, owners next door, ready to help. Good rainy stay, too bad!

Positive: The studio is very nice and well laid out.
Negative: The comfort of the mattress is too worn, I think.

Pleasant night and welcoming host.

Positive: Otherwise, we had everything we needed. The owners were nice and available for any questions or additional requests.
Negative: The bed was a bit small and hard. The heating could have been better.

Otherwise, we had everything we needed

Positive: The place is quiet, the heating is life-saving in autumn.
The accommodation is impeccable, brand new.
The host is very nice and available.
Negative: The decoration is impersonal, as is often the case with this type of rentals.

Quiet, very close to Menez Bre

Positive: Warm welcome from the hosts and their availability. Very friendly.
In a quiet area, a cozy little nest for 1 to 2 people, very functional (oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, TV, etc...) we just need to bring our own food. Loved the mezzanine.
Very well located to explore Trégor.
Negative: There's a lack of a small sink in the bathroom area, but it can be overlooked.

Excellent cottage for a good night's sleep and to discover Trégor.

the stay went well, good bedding and good welcome

Agréable accueil , Stéphane m'attendait.

Pleasant welcome, Stéphane was waiting for me.

Pleasant stay, friendly and discreet host. Very accommodating regarding the provision of a carport. A slightly better-equipped bathroom would have been welcome. Easy access and close to major routes, quiet accommodation.

Very warm welcome from Stéphane and the accommodation is quite decent for the announced price. Be aware that the bed is in the mezzanine.

Easy access and great parking for traffic, for example. Friendly and quick welcome, lots of things to see around even though it was rainy. Nettos and Intermarché nearby. What bothered me a little was the lack of soundproofing and the smell of dampness in the shower, and the absence of basic items indicated in the ad which required me to disturb our hosts for oil and buy salt and oil the next day for 2 days.

Nice tidy accommodation, the only downside being that you can hear a lot of what's happening in the main house.

I had a good stay in this accommodation. The hosts live right next door, which is very convenient in case of any issues. Very easy communication and very accommodating hosts. I recommend it!

Hôtes agréables et réactifs. Aménagement suffisant.

Pleasant and responsive hosts. Adequate setup.

The place is well located for getting to Lannion. The accommodation is functional but lacks excessive comfort. The bedding could be renovated for the sake of a better quality mattress.

Good reception, and the photos match the accommodation. However, it's a shame that I had to purchase extra items (hand soap, dish detergent..) And the cleaning was rather limited (dust, cobwebs, …)

Pleasant and quiet accommodation, sufficient for a short stay. Easy parking, discreet host.

Very nice studio, great terrace, small noise issue with the connecting door between the studio and the main house, but it can be very useful in case of an emergency. Good value for money.

Bon accueil sympathique.

Functional accommodation ideal for 2 people, close to all amenities. Good friendly welcome.

A short stay for a couple at Stéphane's. Practical, well-arranged, and decorated accommodation. A somewhat light bedding that might be uncomfortable for sensitive backs, but otherwise everything is perfect 👍

Perfect and well-equipped accommodation. Very friendly welcome from Stéphane, surely to be repeated. Thank you!

Tres bon accueil, studio agréable et propre, belle déco.

Very good reception, pleasant and clean studio, beautiful decor.

The accommodation was clean and easily accessible with free parking right in front. 30 minutes from the nearest beaches. Welcomed by the owners living on the other side of a connecting door, and this is where I find this accommodation lacks real privacy as you can hear everything happening on both sides even without wanting to listen. I would also like to point out the bathroom, which does not have a sink. So gentlemen, if you want to shave with a razor and you ladies want to freshen up, that will be on the kitchen countertop, which has a mirror and a sink. As for the sink itself, we had to keep the plug in it permanently to limit unpleasant odors rising to the bedroom located in the mezzanine. The bed is comfortable, the necessary kitchenware is available, and if needed, it’s enough to knock on the door. A toaster would be useful.

Thank you to Stéphane and Mireille for the warm welcome. Having experienced major delays and two accidents on the road, our hosts kindly greeted us with coffee and cookies upon arrival. The accommodation matches the photos. Everything is functional. We recommend it for a short stay to discover the beautiful region of Brittany. Or as a stop on the way to vacation. Our hosts are discreet, but if we need information, they are there to respond kindly.

Bon rapport qualité prix. Studio agréable pour y passer quelques jours.

Stéphane and Murielle were available, accommodating, and friendly. Their accommodation is welcoming, nicely decorated ... We had a good night stay with them.

Good apartment with a parking spot in front of the house. The host lives in the house next to the apartment. There isn't a sink in the bathroom, Just shower and wc so you Need to use kitchen's sink. Could be cleaned Better near the bed... dust, webs and spiders..btw towels and bed sheets were clean.

Ambiente accogliente, silenzioso, host disponibile

Cozy, quiet environment, accommodating host

We had a 4 night stay in this converted garage attached to owners home, chosen for location which was excellent for us on that score. Morning sun on the patio doors ( with electric shutters) and super afternoon sun on the back terrace. Opening both doors in the early morning or late evening, gave a good through draught to cool the studio after a warm day. We only used the air conditioning once. We did not make any use of the oven, microwave or hob during our stay but did use the fridge and freezer. Cutlery and crockery were available. The restricted height on the bedroom level was to be negotiated but the beds were comfortable although there were no drawers or hanging spaces for clothes and we had to live out of our suitcases. All the drawers, cupboards ( including the deep freeze) and surfaces throughout, were full of owners objects and ornaments with almost no spare space for guests to put theirs. Fine perhaps for a one night stay. The shower was spacious with plenty of very hot water. The shared shower and toilet space was tight and without a hand basin so the kitchen sink had to be used. Two bath towels were provided. The wifi was excellent and worth the perseverance of getting the very long password entered correctly. The parking was just the other side of the narrow road and never an issue. Some traffic does pass close by the front of the studio but it's not a busy road. There is a boulangerie in the village just a few mins walk away and an Intermarché and a couple of restaurants in Begard only a few mins drive. Although Stephane and Mireille were on holiday during our stay we met them before leaving. It was organised that we were to be met by Alexandra on our arrival and we were given her phone number to let her know exactly when we would arrive. This was a very reasonably priced rental for us and we had a good stay in perfect weather.

We had a pleasant stay, bedding was clean, and the welcome was fine. Just one remark about the bathroom: a strong unpleasant smell coming from the shower and a lack of cleaning in that room. Otherwise everything was OK.
