Myreil et Stéphane nous ont été très bien accueillis. Ils sont très sympathiques et nous avons bien discuté avec eux, ils nous ont conseillé des endroits à visiter dans la région. Nous avons pu utilisé la climatisation en pleine canicule.

 Negative : Il manquait juste un lavabo dans la salle de douche et un fauteuil dans le coin salon.

Au calme, petit nid douillet pour 1 à 2 personnes, très fonctionnel (four, micro-ondes, frigidaire, cafetière, TV, etc...) ils nous restent à apporter notre nourriture. Adoré la mezzanine.
Très bien situé pour découvrir le Trégor.
 Negative : Manque un petit lavabo dans la partie salle d'eau, mais on peut s&#39;en passer.

In a quiet area, a cozy little nest for 1 to 2 people, very functional (oven, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, TV, etc...) we just need to bring our own food. Loved the mezzanine.

facile d'accès et parking top pour un trafic par exemple accueil amical et rapide, beaucoup de choses à voir autour même si la pluie était présente netto et intermarché proche ce qui m'a dérangé un peu c'est le manque d'insonoriation et l'odeur d'humidité dans la douche et l'absence de base indiqué dans l'annonce ce qui a nécessité que je dérange nos hôtes pour l'huile et que j'achète le lendemain sel et huile pour 2 jours

Easy access and great parking for traffic, for example. Friendly and quick welcome, lots of things to see around even though it was rainy. Nettos and Intermarché nearby. What bothered me a little was the lack of soundproofing and the smell of dampness in the shower, and the absence of basic items indicated in the ad which required me to disturb our hosts for oil and buy salt and oil the next day for 2 days.

The place is well located for getting to Lannion. The accommodation is functional but lacks excessive comfort. The bedding could be renovated for the sake of a better quality mattress.

Le logement était propre et facile d'accès avec stationnement gratuit en face. À 30 minutes des plages les plus proches. Bien accueilli par les propriétaires habitants de l'autre côté d'une porte communicative et c'est là que je trouve ce logement sans réelle intimité du fait d'entendre tout ce qui se passe d'un côté comme de l'autre même sans vouloir écouter. Je ferai également une remarque sur la salle de bain qui ne dispose pas de lavabo. Donc messieurs si vous souhaiter vous rasser au blaireau et vous mesdames vous refaire une beauté, ce sera sur le plan de travail de la cuisine qui dispose d'un miroir et d'un lavabo. Quand au lavabo lui même nous avons dû y mettre en permanence le bouchon afin de limiter des odeurs désagréables remontant jusqu'à la chambre située en mezzanine. Le lit est confortable, le nécessairede cuine est à votre disposition et en cas de besoin, il suffit de frapper à la porte. Un grill pain serait utile.

The accommodation was clean and easily accessible with free parking right in front. 30 minutes from the nearest beaches. Welcomed by the owners living on the other side of a connecting door, and this is where I find this accommodation lacks real privacy as you can hear everything happening on both sides even without wanting to listen. I would also like to point out the bathroom, which does not have a sink. So gentlemen, if you want to shave with a razor and you ladies want to freshen up, that will be on the kitchen countertop, which has a mirror and a sink. As for the sink itself, we had to keep the plug in it permanently to limit unpleasant odors rising to the bedroom located in the mezzanine. The bed is comfortable, the necessary kitchenware is available, and if needed, it’s enough to knock on the door. A toaster would be useful.

Tout est fonctionnel. Nous le recommandons pour un court séjour pour découvrir la belle région qu'est la Bretagne. Ou bien une halte sur la route des vacances. Nos hôtes sont discrets mais s'il faut une information, ils sont là pour nous répondre avec gentillesse.

Good apartment with a parking spot in front of the house. The host lives in the house next to the apartment. There isn't a sink in the bathroom, Just shower and wc so you Need to use kitchen's sink. Could be cleaned Better near the bed... dust, webs and spiders..btw towels and bed sheets were clean.

We had a 4 night stay in this converted garage attached to owners home, chosen for location which was excellent for us on that score. Morning sun on the patio doors ( with electric shutters) and super afternoon sun on the back terrace. Opening both doors in the early morning or late evening, gave a good through draught to cool the studio after a warm day. We only used the air conditioning once.  We did not make any use of the oven, microwave or hob during our stay but did use the fridge and freezer. Cutlery and crockery were available. The restricted height on the bedroom level was to be negotiated but the beds were comfortable although there were no drawers or hanging spaces for clothes and we had to live out of our suitcases. All the drawers, cupboards ( including the deep freeze) and surfaces throughout, were full of owners objects and ornaments with almost no spare space for guests to put theirs. Fine perhaps for a one night stay. The shower was spacious with plenty of very hot water. The shared shower and toilet space was tight and without a hand basin so the kitchen sink had to be used. Two bath towels were provided.  The wifi was excellent and worth the perseverance of getting the very long password entered correctly. The parking was just the other side of the narrow road and never an issue. Some traffic does pass close by the front of the studio but it's not a busy road.  There is a boulangerie in the village just a few mins walk away and an Intermarché and a couple of restaurants in Begard only a few mins drive.  Although Stephane and Mireille were on holiday during our stay we met them before leaving. It was organised that we were to be met by Alexandra on our arrival and we were given her phone number to let her know exactly when we would arrive. This was a very reasonably priced rental for us and we had a good stay in perfect weather.
