Marina's accommodation is very clean and really well equipped. Nicely decorated to my taste and comfortable. There are plenty of storage space and hangers !!!! (which is not always the case) The pool is really great, clean and quiet (few people in August 2016) with very flexible opening hours (9 AM to 11 PM) The residence is well landscaped and quiet just like the neighborhood. The bus stop is right on the sidewalk in front of the apartment. The city center of Torrevieja is really pleasant, and there is no feeling of insecurity (15 minutes by car). Carmen, who handed us the keys, is very helpful and nice. There were little attentions waiting for us upon our arrival, which was really nice. We truly had a great stay in this apartment.

This home was a great place to stay. Very clean and the pool area is kept very clean . We had a great time with every thing close by. There is a bus stop right outside the urbanisation . You do need transportation to get to the beach . But it's only a 5 min drive and it's beautiful it has a board walk with lots of restaurants and shops 🌴🌴

A very nice "true" AirBnb holiday home. It is obviously owned, used and maintained by the owners, so you feel comfortable staying in a real well equipped holiday home. It is located in a quiet residential area but within walking distance a range of bars and restaurants, and (if you are reasonably fit) of a nice beach. We rented a car and found this useful, but it is not essential as there is a bus stop right outside the property with buses every 20 minutes. There is a great size roof terrace with bbq and distant sea views. The communal pool is lovely and was always very quiet during our stay. Check in was easy, our flight delay was no problem. Carmen, who looks after the property, was welcoming and lives close by so would be readily available if any advice is needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day holiday in Torrevieja.
