Apartment in Málaga

The apartment is very clean and has an extraordinary location in the heart of the city; despite being on the ground floor, it is very quiet. Florencia is very friendly and responds instantly.

Extraordinary location

Quiet, clean, and spacious apartment near the center of Florence, the host was prompt and responsive.

Quiet, clean, and spacious apartment

Appartement à 2 pas du centre de Malaga.

Appartement confortable

Apartment just a stone's throw from the center of Malaga.

Comfortable apartment

Florencia’s place is in a great location in Málaga, very close to many restaurants and tapas bars. There’s plenty of space in the apartment and you will have everything you need to have a lovely stay. She even accommodated our early check-in. Thanks, Florencia!

A great location in Málaga

Wifi gut.

Wohnung an guter Lage

Spacious, clean apartment in a good location for city visits and the beach. Only drawbacks: the apartment is on the first floor, so the street traffic is a bit noisy, and the apartment is rather dark with visibility from the street. Central living room, well-equipped kitchen, good bathroom, two bedrooms on the first floor and one in the basement, accessible via a rather adventurous staircase. Wifi is good.

Apartment in a Good Location

I stayed 10 days with my friend in Florencia's apartment. Place was clean and Florencia was quick to reply if we had any questions. She was kind enough to let us check-in early. I slept in the bedroom next to the street. You could hear if someone was talking outside but usually in the night time it was very quiet. There is also church bell ringing on weekdays at 8 am which woke us up but it doesn't last long and we always slept after that. The shower pressure was great. It took couple of minutes water to warm. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel was provided. There were also sunscreen. Kitchen was well equipped. There were also heater/air conditioner in the upstairs rooms. We didn't use the basement room. Apartment is about 16-20 minutes walk from the train station and 5-10 minutes to the city centre. There were bars in front of every window so in case of fire you might get trapped in. All in all we liked our stay in Florencia's apartment.

We liked our stay in Florencia's apartment.

Comfortable apartment in a fairly quiet road for a city centre. Just a few minutes walk from the Centro Historico and everything that this lovely city has to offer. Florencia was a great host and would definitely visit again.

Florencia responds immediately and resolves any questions, she is great, very friendly.

Good service

Great space, located close to the old city. Was very clean and had everything needed in the kitchen to prepare meals but also some great restaurants nearby. Was my second time staying, which tells you something. :)

My second time staying

This accommodation offers excellent value for money, it is perfectly located about a 3-minute walk from the centre and is in perfect condition, we will definitely return.

Excellent value for money

Buen apartamento

Nice place

Apartamento bonito

Beautiful apartment close to everything, nearby parking, excellent service. Very comfortable and matches what is described on the website.

Beautiful Apartment

Responsive and very helpful host. Clean property. Location as described comfortable walking distance into Malaga

Responsive and very helpful host

Responsive and very helpful host. Clean property. Location as described, comfortable walking distance into Malaga.

This was exactly what I was looking for and in many ways a model that many other could learn from. The host was accommodating (we ended up checking in some 10 hours later than we planned!), and everything was accounted for - extra sheets, a stack of towels, soap, shampoo, laundry detergent, many pans, a pod coffee machine, extension cord, A/C in every room; many of these seeming basics are surprisingly absent elsewhere. Everything worked.

The apartment was very clean, just a few minutes from the center. Also, we forgot some things and they kindly took care of sending them to us without any issues!

Fantastic apartment

Apartment very well located, spacious, and well-equipped! Ideal for spending several days in Malaga! Dynamic and punctual welcome. Thanks to Florencia, and we will certainly return to this beautiful apartment.

Apartment very well located!!!!

A terrific experience and location could NOT be more convenient, once you find it as street names and numbers are poorly marked. One helpful clue -- it's an ochre colored building in a street of otherwise whitish buildings.

A terrific experience

We really enjoyed our stay at Florencia’s apartment. It is very spacious, clean and well equipped with everything you need, especially for a longer stay. It was the ideal place to get to know the city - close to the center but yet quiet. Florencia was the perfect host, she replied super quickly and was always very helpful. We would definitely come back!

 Very spacious apartment

really nice apartment, well stocked kitchen, clean. close to centre of town. Florencia was there to meet us and communication was great, and was very accomodating

Really nice apartment

really nice apartment, well stocked kitchen, clean. close to centre of town. Florencia was there to meet us and communication was great, and was very accommodating.

Had a very enjoyable stay at Florencia’s place. Great location to walk into town and some fantastic local bars and then walk to the harbour and beach. In the apartment good things like washing machine, felt very safe and good water pressure in the shower. Only one negative my friend slept in front bedroom and complained of street noise a couple of nights...but hey it’s Malaga!

A very enjoyable stay

We absolutely loved this place - perfectly located (literally 5 min walk from the busy nice part of Malaga with lots of tourists), had everything we needed and Florencia was very helpful/ quick at responding. Would 100% recommend.

We loved this place.

The apartment is ideally located in the heart of Malaga's historic center, just steps away from restaurants (perfect for brunch) and bars/clubs. It is fully equipped (sheets, towels, shower gel, shampoo, ...). In the kitchen, there is everything you need to cook. Florencia is available at any time of the day and responds within 5 minutes on the website, which is really very convenient. Florencia is also very accommodating for arrivals and departures. I can only recommend this apartment.

In the heart of Malaga

Florencia is welcoming and very amenable, and clearly takes pride in the accommodation she provides. There was a bottle of water in the fridge and other useful commodities such as salt & pepper in the cupboards. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. Aircon was much appreciated. Water was exceptionally hot and shower powerful. Florencia has a range of useful tourist leaflets and gave helpful advice. The flat is a 20 minute walk from Malaga Central train station, when pulling suitcases 😊

Florencia is welcoming and very amenable

Florencia’s flat was sparkling clean with all the amenities you could wish for, including AC in all rooms upstairs! Excellent location close to everything as well. Florencia always responded promptly and was a very good host!

Excellent location

Recomendable 100%

Excelente ubicación

Excellent location, close to the center but far enough away to be able to rest without noise. Very clean and modern house. And Florencia is very helpful; if you have any questions, she responds right away. 100% recommendable.

Excelente servicio

Excellent service, the place was very clean, spacious, and pleasant. Exceeded my expectations!!!

Excellent service

Gracias x recibirnos

Casa muy acojedora

Florencia is very kind, the house is beautiful, clean, everything is organized... especially the kitchen!! We were 3 girls and felt very comfortable, we will definitely repeat! Thank you for having us.

Very cozy house

A nice apartment in a good location, just a short walk from the city centre. Florencia met us personally and provided tea, coffee and biscuits.

A nice apartment

12 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Grosszügige Wohnung

12 minutes walk from the city center. Spacious apartment with a good kitchen, washing machine, and patio for hanging laundry. Not the quietest apartment. Would gladly stay here again anytime.

Spacious apartment

The apartment is very nice and the area is good, no problems, no other noises, shops everywhere, everything you need in the apartment.

Very nice apartment

Joli appartement

We had a very good stay at Florencia's. She was very attentive to our needs, in addition to being a lovely and very flexible person regarding arrival and departure times. The apartment was perfectly clean and had everything we needed for our entire stay, which was more than appreciated! One small drawback regarding the window insulation in the bedrooms: the street is relatively noisy, and we could hear everything... A big thank you to Florencia for her warm welcome!

Lovely apartment

Nice appartment

Nice apartment

Cozy appartment. Located perfectly to the historic center. And still private and not to noizy Area. Go to local Gloria Hoyos, great tapas bar. Just 5 min walk away. Cheap and the Best tapas we found. On the way back. Bye breakfast, bread, cheese etc at the local store. And your holiday is all good started. Florencia welcomes us, though we came late 11pm, and with good communication. I highly recommend this place and host.

Comfortable stay

Super Lage, sehr sauber, schnelle Kommunikation. Alles bestens. Gerne wieder.

Super Lage

Great location, very clean, fast communication. Everything was perfect. Would love to come back.

Great Location

Florencia was very nice and responsive. The apartment was spacious! Had plenty of room to roam around and relax. Bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was a great size. There was even a nice little courtyard exclusive to the apartment that you can kick back and relax in. Will definitely look this place up again next time we're in Spain!

Great location very close to the old town and most highly rated restaurants. Florencia was very quick in responding to us. The basement bedroom was very cute. My friend really liked it. The bedrooms closer to the main road can be noisy at night so bring some earplugs with you if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise. One of the bedrooms had a dirty rug left on the chair which was a surprise. Generally very good and would recommend!

Great location

Florencia's place is very clean and comfortable. For a place that is fairly close to centro of the old city it is quiet, except for a few late night revellers returning home once in while, which you would get anywhere. It is easy and quick to walk to the main attractions. It had everything we needed for a one month stay including comfy beds, well equipped kitchen with essentials, a great washing machine, great hot water with good pressure. Florencia was always friendly and hospitable, communication was excellent before and during our stay.

Everything great! It is actually much better than I expected.
Without a doubt, a very interesting apartment in the city center. Divided into two areas (with two bedrooms upstairs and a room with a living room downstairs)
it has been quite an experience.

Everything great!

The neighborhood is not great, but in 5 minutes on foot you can reach the beautiful streets in the center of Malaga! The host was responsive, and the accommodation was clean and well-equipped.

Spacious accommodation on a very quiet street, 10 minutes walk from the historic center. Florencia was proactive and kindly allowed us to come earlier as we had Alizés. The only issue we encountered was that on the last evening we realized there were no forks, just one knife and one spoon. It was too late to ask Florencia for more, so we ate with our fingers. But we still enjoyed our stay very much...

Very good value for money. We only used the 2 main bedrooms, it's true that the basement bedroom is very difficult to access, but we didn't need it anyway. Apart from this small drawback, everything was perfect, Florencia is super available, accommodating and responsive. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, we lacked nothing. Very quiet street at night during our stay, which is important. Expect about a ten-minute walk to reach the historic center. I highly recommend ++.

Very comfortable apartment, well located, a bit noisy at night but you can't be in the city center and sleep like in the countryside.

Quiet, clean, and spacious apartment close to the center of Florence, present at check-in and responsive.

Appartement agréable et bonne localisation.

Apartment just steps from the center of Malaga.

Very pleasant apartment, suitable for a great holiday! The apartment was clean upon arrival. The only small downside might be that you can hear street noise, however, the location is very good and you can easily walk to the city center.

Spacious, clean, well-equipped, and well-located apartment. Aside from the fact that the street is a bit noisy and that the stairs leading to the lower room are only for the "sporty", we had a great week in this comfortable apartment. One more detail for those who love to cook: the kitchen lacks nothing except a real oven (there is only a microwave). I recommend Florencia's apartment, who kindly welcomed us punctually and is attentive to travelers' feedback.

Ideally located near all amenities. Charming and warm welcome. All desired comforts in this very well-maintained apartment. I recommend +++

Very good, and Florencia helped us by accepting that we arrived earlier than planned that day!

We found the stay to be excellent. Very relaxed apartment in the center, so everything is within walking distance. A great apartment to book if you want to spend a few days in the center of Malaga.

Great Stay in Malaga

Nice and big apartment, very clean. Florencia answered quickly all our queries. Although it's mentioned in the description, the ladder to go downstairs is very steep and didn't feel so stable.

The place was nice and had everything we needed. The host was really responsive even in the middle of the night. Location was also good. the only thing is that apartment was really noisy, next to the busy street. for someone who seeks quiet place, won't find it here.

It was only a brief stay over night but we enjoyed the room . Found the basement flat , looks a great space but spiral staircase was a bit daunting so we didn’t use it . The hosts were really great and made everything very easy . Even allowed us to leave out backpacks and made a special trip to the room to make sure we got our bags . Would stay again , nice area with lots of local bars and restaurants didn’t narrow alleys . Thank you

Centrally located which means that we could walk everywhere. The apartment was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The noise of people walking up and down kept me awake at times.

the house is very good and central....we only had problems opening the gate

Everything was great, from their communications and interest in our arrival, to them saying we had the apartment available hours before check-in, until the end of our stay. If we return, I won't hesitate to contact her.

Great Stay

Spacious, comfortable apartment close to the city center, quiet area to relax and 5 minutes from bars, venues and the vibe of Malaga.

Thanks to Florencia, it was a very difficult day due to the blackout, but thanks to Florencia, she still assisted us early in the morning because it was difficult to get to Malaga, the apartment was as in the pictures.

A very comfortable apartment and very well located

The flat was big enough for 2 poeple sleeping in separate bedrooms. If you're more than 2, then you'll have to use the extra room which is nice, but located in a basement with no window, so worth mentioning it. Other than that, the accomodation was really well located, walking distance to the city center and all interesting places to visit in Malaga.

Excellent location, everything is close by, we did manage to park ok, even though it was a busy period.

Florencia was very easy to reach beforehand and even organized a high chair for us. The communication on-site was also very good. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking. The apartment was nice and had everything we needed. The location is great for exploring the city on foot and by public transport. The downside is that the apartment is very noisy and the neighbors are quite loud! For people who are sensitive to noise, it can be hard to find sleep. Unfortunately, the bathroom smelled unpleasant, but we bought an additional air freshener that improved the situation. All in all, we were very happy to have found the apartment and had a good time there.

Nice apartment, it's a bit noisy outside, you could hear neighbors all night sadly. But a great flat and a kind host!

The space was quite good. We essentially stayed one night, and the house provided us with everything we needed. Especially considering the quality-to-price ratio. Lastly, I want to mention that Florencia was excellent. We had frequent communication, she helped us with everything we needed, and although we encountered an unforeseen situation and were delayed in arriving at the house, Florencia waited for us until late to welcome us.

Eravamo 5 ragazze siamo state comode e Florencia è stata molto disponibile nell’ accoglierci

We were 5 girls and we were comfortable, and Florencia was very accommodating in welcoming us.

Nice apartment, close to the city center, for spending a few days in Málaga. As a suggestion, I would propose that weekend stays start at 6 PM on Friday and end at the same time on Sunday. If you work on Friday, you will hardly be able to arrive before 6 PM, and if you have to check out on Sunday at 12 PM, you practically lose a day.

Nice and clean place. Well situated. Lots of spaces for the 4 of us. Florencia was flexible and responsive.

Appartamento confortevole in centro a Malaga.

Comfortable apartment in the center of Malaga. Florencia was very helpful with all my communications and flexible for check-in even at late hours. The listing states duplex; however, the third room (quite spacious) is located on the lower level and accessible via a floor hatch and a rather precarious spiral staircase. I recommend reviewing the apartment description to provide clearer instructions.

Very clean apartment. The hostess was very friendly, and we had some flexibility with picking up the apartment keys. Well located (5 minutes walking from the cathedral). We had a great time.

Clean apartment with a friendly host

Just arrived back home after staying 3 nights at Florencia's lovely place. Very affordable and in a great location, it had easy access to everything that Malaga has to offer. The only issue was two of the three bedrooms were directly next a busy 'cut through' that was in use by people, cars and motorbikes throughout the night. Accompanied by thin windows, the noise felt like you were out on the street with them! The beds were very comfortable but the noise just made it very difficult to sleep through the night. Florencia was a brilliant host and replied almost instantaneously to any questions we had. Overall this was a lovely place and I can't express enough how good the location is for walking to great tapas bars, museums and shopping areas.

Great location on the edge of the old town. Lots to see and do.

The stay has an excellent location just a few minutes walk from the center and with several supermarkets in the area. It has everything you need for a great few days in Málaga. The beds were quite comfortable, and there is air conditioning in every area of the house. I recommend this accommodation, it is wonderful.

Good location, spacious apartment. Very nice to have separate air conditioners. A little sparsely furnished, but some things had been removed for COVID and we were the first to stay again. Florencia was a great host, many thanks!

Large, clean house with all amenities. In a quiet area, 10 minutes walk from the center. I would return.

The apartment was very clean and in an extraordinary location in the city center; despite being on the ground floor, it is very quiet. In relation to Florencia, she was very friendly and responded instantly.

Florencia's apartment is located perfectly, just around 10 minutes walk from the historical centre. The place is very clean, good airconditioning and the beds were also fine. Furthermore the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. However we did not use the room downstairs at all. The stairs were definitely not stable so we did not really trust going down there every time. Since we were only with 2 persons the main apartment space was sufficient for us.

Wifi gut.

Generous clean apartment in a good location for city sightseeing and the beach. Only downsides: the apartment is on the first floor and therefore the street noise is a bit loud and the apartment is rather dark with visibility from the street. Central living area / living room, well-equipped kitchen, good bathroom, two bedrooms on the first floor and one in the basement, which is accessible via a rather adventurous staircase. Wifi is good.

Very clean and well-equipped kitchen. The only downside is that it's a duplex with slightly difficult access (narrow stairs) and no bathroom in the downstairs room. Otherwise, very clean, and Florencia is very polite and attentive to everything, as well as very helpful. Great value for money with a fantastic location!

Recomendable.
