Positive: The tranquility, nice pool that we almost had to ourselves, spacious and nice holiday home with functioning screens, quite affordable, friendly landlords. Negative: It is quite remote, but we knew that. About an hour's drive from beautiful places like Assisi and Montepulciano. More traffic by our house than expected.
