The Luberon is a beautiful place where the spirit of Provence still exists as you hope, with a feeling that time stands still and welcoming locals. René fits perfectly into this setting; he was attentive throughout our stay, ensuring we lacked nothing while remaining discreet. He suggested many places to visit and, notably, enabled and accompanied us to a Puccini opera performed in the stunning setting of Oppède le Vieux. The accommodation is decorated with great taste and seems frozen in a romantic past. It also provides everything a family stay requires, including a pool that was very pleasant to cool off in during the heatwaves of August 2026. We will gladly return!

We had a fantastic family stay at René's (2 adults and 2 small children). The property is beautiful and contrary to what we thought, our cottage had a view of the vineyards, with no direct neighbors and not overlooking the pool which is secured, which was perfect. René is a very friendly and available host. We highly recommend this cottage!
