Stayed January 26, so a bit chilly in the evenings, and mornings' As an older person, found the air con heating slightly lacking. there is no " House Book", so had to hunt and find air con installation books to find out how they function. Otherwise all good, and enjoyed my stay.

Stunning 2 bedroom townhouse

Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. We were very comfortable and relaxed, in a very quiet and safe area. We enjoyed the facilities and the place. Agostino, even from a distance, is a pleasant, attentive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused person if something arises. If the opportunity arises, we would love to stay at his house again, thank you.

Just returned from a week on La Torre. First time visiting the resort and it more than matched our expectations. Five or six restaurants and bars on site , nice Italian, Chinese and Indian. The whole resort is spotless. Ago was a very good host and the townhouse was a home from home, terrace has amazing views overlooking the golf course and is a nice peaceful place to relax both day and night. Never used nearest pool which is only five minutes walk away, around 20 mins walk to bars, restaurants and the Spar supermarket which is well stocked with everything you need for your stay. Only thing which house lacked was some cushions for sunbeds which Ago mentioned was a mistake on the housekeepers side, as she had forgot to bring them back after washing, we never mentioned it as they weren't shown in photos. Overall a very nice relaxing stay and would definitely return.

A lovely townhouse, a couple of issues. Broken tap, minimal cooking pans, damaged blinds inside and out, ceiling fan and light in upstairs bedroom not working, the safe, which would have been useful, I was unable to lock. Generally a comfortable place to stay with great views over the golf course

Cozy and comfortable house.

Beautiful house in a very nice estate. Great pool. A vehicle is absolutely necessary to get around because there is not much around the estate. Pleasant solarium with shower and beautiful view of the golf course. Small supermarket and very convenient restaurants in the estate. Very nice air conditioning during this hot weather 🥵. Very nice gesture upon our arrival… an excellent white wine 👌.

Very quiet beautiful village ideal for family holidays, I recommend Ago responsive and welcoming Very beautiful villa 👍

Ago was an excellent proactive host. Any issues were resolved quickly. The villa had everything you need for an extended stay. The kitchen was small but well equipped. The bedrooms were a good size. There were no issues with electrics and the boiler worked efficiently to provide plenty of hot water for the showers. The villa did feel a little dated and would benefit from a little upgrade to the decor and furniture, but this did not spoil our enjoyment of our holiday.

Muchas gracias

Everything was perfect. The place is very beautiful, very quiet, and Ago was attentive at all times. Thank you very much

Very good place. The house was perfect and the host was very helpful with every question and issues we could’ve had. Hope to be back soon

Very very nice villa in an excellent area, restaurants were buzzing but not noisy. The pools were clean and convenient. The villa was fully equipped and clean and tidy. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Everything was perfect, the accommodation is exactly as it appears in the photos, it has everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Myself and my family booked Ago's place for nearly 5 weeks and we had an absolutely wonderful time! The house is in a beautiful private golf resort with a communal pool just 5 mins walk away. There is a Spar and around half a dozen great quality restaurants up the road to try out. The house was more than enough for the 4 of us (and the dog). Big kitchen and living area with easy access to the downstairs terrace to enjoy your morning coffee. Upstairs you have the ensuite bedroom with access to the terrace which gets the sun all day with amazing sunsets! Air conditioning is such a great bonus as is the many TV channels and Playstation to watch Netflix! From the time of booking up until leaving, Ago has been tremendously helpful in giving us tips for places to visit and restaurants to eat. He is always available and responds immediately which made our stay even better. We loved having the car to visit the surrounding areas (Cartagena/Murcia) so would highly recommend that!

Agostino is a great host with a wonderful accommodation. Everything is as described, we felt comfortable right away. We were also allowed to check in a bit earlier than planned on the arrival day. Everything is top-notch, we will come back.

Just returned from a week in the townhouse. The location is good under a 25 minute walk to restaurants (6000 steps return) Lovely restaurants - we didn’t cook - Blue Collar, Italian,Chinese buffet and Sofias all lovely - try menu of the day at Blue Collar We didn’t rent a car as our friends live on the next street- one place not to be missed is Cartagena a 30 minute drive The accommodation is in a quiet street with great golf course views Very very comfortable bed upstairs and powerful shower- we had a great time and would return

We had a great get away during the Semana Santa weekend. It’s a very quiet place. Great sunsets from the upper terrace. It’s in close proximity to Murcia, Cartagena, Alcazares and so many other beautiful cities and pueblos. Thank you Ago.

We stayed at this Ago’s place for the second time. This time, two of us and two friends from Valencia spent one weekend here. We absolutely loved the house and all its facilities. The host provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. Thanks to their suggestions, we made two trips to Cartagena during this getaway. Cartagena’s ocean views and historic architecture were truly captivating. The kitchen is fully equipped. Both the lounge and the bedroom offer magnificent views of the golf course. Honestly, the only regret we had was not being able to stay longer 😊

Helpful. Responds quickly and accurately if I needed help with anything

It was a wonderful stay, Ago was always attentive, the house was very comfortable and had everything needed for a peaceful stay.

Very nice and clean house with a view of the golf course. Comfortable beds. Just a few minutes' walk to the pool. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the restaurants and grocery store in the area. I would love to come back.

Excelente alojamiento. Totalmente recomendable.

Beautiful house with all the amenities you could wish for. Communication with the owners was quick and excellent. Located in a gated community that is very, very pleasant. Totally recommendable.

Excellent accommodation

The place is spectacular, you can relax without anyone bothering you! The host is always in communication for anything we needed. The place is clean and tidy with everything you need as if it were your own home. Without a doubt, 100% recommendable.

We had a wonderful time in Ago’s villa. It was just what we needed. We didn’t use our car much at all. We walked to the swimming pool (5 minutes) and the town centre ( 15 minutes). The centre itself had so much to entertain us ( lots of restaurants and bars). Ago was a great host. He was so helpful, flexible and accommodating. He was also incredibly fast at returning messages. He made everything run so smoothly. We will definitely going back to his villa.

Had a great stay, beautiful place and surroundings. will be back. 👍

We were extremely satisfied with the cleanliness and overall standards of the villa. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the day immensely. We also greatly appreciate the Ago’s response. For the couple of things we requested, they were provided immediately the next day. Thank you very much!

We were extremely satisfied with the cleanliness and overall standards of the villa. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the day immensely. We also greatly appreciate the Ago’s response. We enjoyed it so much that we rebooked for another week. Thank you very much!

Recomendable 100%

The accommodation is ideal for relaxing. Very quiet, with plenty of light, very well equipped. Ago is a very attentive and kind person. I will definitely return, thank you for everything. 100% recommended.

No tenemos ninguna queja. ¡Gracias!

The experience at Ago's accommodation was great. The resort is a very quiet and intimate place, but it's only 30 minutes from Cartagena and 5 from Roldán. Mobility is easy, and within the resort, you have all the necessary services if you don’t want to go out. The apartment was very nice, clean, and tidy, and just like it looked in the pictures. Ago was a great host, he responded quickly and solved all the questions we had. We went with two small dogs, and the house was fenced and safe for them. We have no complaints. We are delighted, and if we return to the Murcia area, we will definitely repeat. Thank you!

Recomendable 100%

We had a wonderful week, the accommodation was very nice, in a quiet area, everything was comfortable both in the house and with Ago. He was always available and solved any minor issues that came up quickly, a host of 10. The area is an environment for relaxing, enjoying swimming, and practicing sports or walking, close to Murcia but with a climate that is very different from the city, that is, more pleasant. 100% recommended.

Great stay!

Really good value Villa in a golf resort with some good bars/ restaurants. Location is good for access to Mar Menor/ La Manga and the attractions in the area. We used it as a base and hired a car to explore the surrounding areas so perfect for our needs. Ago a great host, we managed to lock ourselves out one day and he couldn’t have been more helpful and sent some people to resolve it. Great guy to deal with. Recommend. Thanks.

Ago has been really nice to communicate with, always answering really quickly. They have a nice place with a beautiful view. It is very quiet and peaceful and the swimming pool is nice too and really near. Thank you very much for all. Maria.

Lovely place and area and very responsive host

We were pleasantly surprised on our arrival. The villa and the views were absolutely stunning and the location suited us perfectly as it was in the 'quieter' part of the resort (20-30 min walk to Supermarket/Centre). The complimentary bottle of Rioja went down a treat on the balcony overlooking the golf course. The kids loved having a big pool close to us (5 min walk max). We simply loved everything about the property and the resort and already planning to return in the not to distant future. The Miles family.

We stayed at Agos place for a week, as a couple, with 2 big dogs. The golf resort is stunning with a local shop, a few bars and 5 or 6 restaurants all within a 15 minute walk. The pool was great and super quiet, only a 5 min walk from the house. The house was perfect, had all the facilities we needed and Ago even left us a bottle of red wine for our arrival. We needed for nothing whilst we were there. The terrace overlooking the golf course was so lovely to sit on, night or day. The location is great but if you want to get off the resort you will need a car. Murcia and Cartagena are 30 mins away and well worth a visit. We would 100% recommend booking to stay here.

We had an incredibly nice holiday in this fantastic house. Together with my girlfriend and 2 young children (3 and 5 years old), we enjoyed the peace at the resort, the delicious food in the nearby restaurants, the vibrant nightlife in Los Alcazares, and all the conveniences of the accommodation itself. Furthermore, the accommodation was spotlessly clean and in excellent condition. The communication with Ago was fantastic. If we had questions or comments, we could reach him at any time, and he responded quickly and appropriately. All in all, we can only say that we enjoyed it, and we would love to come back here!

Great villa in a great location. Very attentive and responsive throughout our stay. Thanks

We had a great time here. The house has everything you need. The only downside is that we have a very small dog and the outdoor lawn is open and accessible to the two neighboring houses, and the trees have holes through which it could escape and other animals could come in, so we couldn't use it. Just a note for those with small dogs. But everything else was perfect. Highly recommended.

Repetiremos seguro! Muchísimas gracias!!!! Hasta la próxima!

The accommodation is simply perfect. Clean, tidy, elegant, well decorated, and most importantly, with EVERYTHING you need to enjoy your stay. Fully equipped kitchen (we highlight this because we love to cook a lot, we have a restaurant, and we didn't miss anything!). We went with Gala, our little dog, who also had a great time! We will definitely return! Thank you so much!!!! Until next time!

Our stay at the summer villa was absolutely spectacular! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty and tranquility of this little slice of paradise. This luxurious Town House provided everything we needed for a perfect summer getaway.

The house itself was a stunning masterpiece. The architecture and design seamlessly blended modern elegance with a touch of Mediterranean charm. The moment we stepped inside, we were greeted by spacious and tastefully decorated rooms that exuded a warm and welcoming ambiance.
The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the outdoor space.
The villa boasted a gorgeous shared pool (only 2mins walk) surrounded by lush greenery and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. We spent countless hours lounging by the pool. The well-maintained garden offered a peaceful retreat, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the serene beauty of nature.

The amenities provided were top-notch. The fully equipped kitchen made preparing meals a breeze, and we loved the option to dine alfresco on the charming patio. Each bedroom was a sanctuary of comfort, with plush bedding, ample storage, and en-suite bathroom that felt like personal spa. The air conditioning throughout the villa kept us cool during the hot summer days, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The location of the villa was ideal, we enjoyed the privacy and tranquility it offered.
It was just a short drive (20 mins) from Murcia town center, where we found delightful local shops, vibrant markets, and delicious restaurants serving authentic cuisine. The villa's proximity to the beach (20 mins drive) was also a major plus, allowing us to easily enjoy the sun, sand, and crystal-clear waters.

What truly made our experience exceptional was the attentive and friendly owner. From the moment we made our reservation, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Their knowledge of the area, willingness to assist with any request, and genuine care for our well-being made us feel like valued guests. We truly appreciated their warm hospitality, making our vacation truly unforgettable.

In conclusion, this summer villa surpassed all our expectations. We can't wait to return to this piece of paradise in the future!

A Dreamy Summer Escape!

Had a wonderful stay. Everything you need is that both in the home and on your doorstep. We came home feeling relaxed and like we will book again in the near future. Owner is super friendly and answers any questions quickly. Highly recommend ❤️
